The minimum lease term required is 12 months. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this property. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the lawn maintenance program fee for the landscaping. Tenants are able to purchase a membership badge via the Membership Services Office for $100 per badge. Badges are issued only to Tenants listed on the lease (2 badges max). Owner will consider a dog or cat during a lease term. All prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $25. Renters insurance is required and must be submitted to The Stacy Group, LLC. prior to the start of the lease term if approved.
