Our community features one of the best school districts in Iowa, with the elementary and middle school 4 blocks away. The Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge is right outside of town and not far from Roberts creek and Red Rock Lake, one of the biggest lakes in Iowa. Several Golf courses, hiking trails and parks can be found nearby. This property boasts an enclosed porch with 1st floor laundry with new washer and dryer. Off the porch you will find a large kitchen space which leads into an additional bedroom or office area, or whatever you choose. The dining room features a sliding glass door access to the rear deck with quiet views of the garden area, perfect for small gatherings or just enjoying some down time and listening to nature. The living room opens up to the 2nd floor via stairway with real wood banister. On the 2nd floor you will find the master bedroom and additional bedroom with access to additional attic storage.
