The stone counter tops and backsplash catch light from recessed and under-cabinet lighting. The half bath is off of the kitchen. The entirety of the upper floor is the spacious primary bedroom suite. Enjoy a private deck and attractive en suite bathroom that includes a walk-in closet, tiled shower, two-sink vanity, and WC. The lower level includes the two remaining bedrooms, one of which includes a door to the deck, a full hall bathroom with a shower or bathtub, and the laundry closet. The stacked washer and dryer are included. Great looking, easy-maintenance vinyl plank flooring, nice 2” blinds, and ceiling fans are throughout. Hillside stairs access the shaded lower-level yard. The under-deck storage container is reserved for owner storage. Tenant may not store anything in the crawl space. Off-street parking pad for two cars. The Tesla charger will remain for tenant use, but it will not be repaired or replaced by the owners should it malfunction. Central heat and central air conditioning, all electric. Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity and water/ sewer. Lawn care and landscaping maintenance are a tenant responsibility. No cosigners. No smoking. One small pet under 25 lb is negotiable.
