Washer and dryer hookups are also available. Enjoy the warmer months from the home's large front porch, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. Qualifications: Must make 3x the rent (net income), 560+ average credit score, NO bankruptcies & NO evictions in the last 3 years, NO felonies in the last 7 years. Other information: Strictly No Smoking! Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated. Tenants will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Housing vouchers are welcome but we still require proof of income. Equal housing opportunity!
