Welcome home to this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence located on a quiet street in the Murray Hill neighborhood. A stone walkway leads to the enclosed front porch with light tile. Natural sunlight fills the kitchen through multiple windows, highlighting crisp cabinetry, quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including an over-the-range microwave. Blinds installed throughout for convenient light control and privacy. Ceiling fans help circulate the cool air, and a washer and dryer are provided for everyday convenience. Both bathrooms have been refreshed with updated vanities, elegant light fixtures, and stone shower tile. The private primary ensuite includes a spacious stand-up shower, whereas the guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard, complete with patio areas and open yard space to enjoy. Off-street parking runs alongside the home and allows convenient access to the backyard. Residents are responsible for all utilities and lawn care. Pets are welcome, breed and weight restrictions may apply. Application fee $55 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months. Please note that management for this property will transition after the approved applicant moves in. Thirdstone Properties is only hired to do the application screening services. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due when the security deposit is dropped off. This fee is not based on the number of applicants. MINIMUM CRITERIA: VERIFIED GROSS INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. ALL TENANTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.
