Book the Game On Getaway (upper unit, sleeps 10) or the full house, House Wins (sleeps 16). 🚿 Bathrooms --Full bathroom with shower/tub combo, vanity, and stocked toiletries --Note: One bathroom is accessed via a short staircase, reflecting the home’s historic design --Turkish Beach Towels (1 per guest) & Beach Toys Provided 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Compact but fully functional kitchen with: ✅ Refrigerator & Freezer ✅ Stove, Oven & Microwave ✅ Basic Cookware, Utensils, Plates & Cups ✅ Toaster, Blender & Drip Coffee Maker (Coffee, creamer & sweetener included. Guests are responsible for their safety. --No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition. --🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 ft (violations = $300 cleaning fee) -- Train tracks nearby: Michigan City is a “quiet zone,” but you may hear crossing bells. Sound machines provided. --Historic home = funky layout (limited kitchen counters, quirky game room bathroom). Adds to the charm, but worth noting. --Duplex home = possible sound transfer between upper & lower units. --Max 6 guests- no extra overnight visitors allowed 🔔 Important Location Notes Neighborhood is eclectic & transitional – safe but mixed- police station less than 1 mile away ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out --Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM --Check-Out: 10:00 AM --Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible.
