I've noticed a few complaints recently that I think should be addressed. Some people are complaining about the parking lot which was just completely redone. Someone was complaining about the apartments installing new windows. I personally appreciate the effort to update the buildings and the windows are nice. I'm not sure why the contractors making a bit of a mess would reflect poorly on the staff here for making the effort. The trash chutes were taken away for health and sanitation reasons so yes we have to walk ten feet to a garbage can and if you can't the staff picks up your garbage so I really don't see the issue there either. (And if you saw the giant items people crammed into those chutes you would be amazed). The apartments are a good size and the staff is quick to address issues that arise. Most of the residents are respectful and good people. Unfortunately there are people that can't be pleased and resist any change. I think potential residents should toss that around before putting too much stock in the negative. The apartments are nice, the area is nice and I would recommend them to anyone.

We love our new apartment. The area is so quite. And we love how peaceful the neighborhood is. And our apartment itself is like being in a hotel. We wake up to nature sounds in the morning. Love it love it love it.!!!!!
