Further down the hall past a window, you enter the large, tiled great room with incredible views of Vallecito through three large windows. The walls are tongue and groove pine. There is a vaulted ceiling, window A/C and electric baseboard heater. The open kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stacking washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric range and oven, plenty of cabinets and drawers, a sink in the countertop island, dishes and optional cooking essentials. The dining/living area has a large, oak dining table with chairs, amazing views of the shore, the lake and hills beyond, a ceiling fan, closet, fold-out couch and TV. Behind the house, you can walk or drive a few minutes, down the gravel road to the marina. Restaurants and markets are just a few minutes' drive, up CR 501. Hiking trails are all around the lake and nearby school bus stops. You can fish from the shore. Bayfield has schools, post office, farmer's market, restaurants and a larger grocery store on Hwy 160. Landlord pays utilities. No pets and no smoking. Schedule a tour. Your income needs to be twice the rent and credit score over 600. Serious applicants pay $55 for the background and credit check.
