Property Id: 2739008 The address is St Helena, but we are over the hill of Angwin. The property includes a stunning pond stocked with bass; perfect for fishing or swimming. The main house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, both rooms are oversized with great lighting. The main room is an open layout with the living room and dinning areas connected and the kitchen. There is a large pantry room that shares with the laundry area. In addition to the 2 bedroom 1 bath house, there is a detached 3rd room that is in the courtyard. This room can be furnished as a bedroom for a guest. room or rented non-furnished. Floors are adobe tile and the bedrooms are wood laminate flooring. The outdoor areas are a well maintained courtyard great for evenings outside or for entertaining. There is a beautiful grape covered awning with a table and seating for evening dinners overlooking the pond. The pump house is used as a storage for the owners property maintenance items and is not included in the rental. There is a 3rd building on the property that is used by the owners as a storage area and is also not part of the rented area. The owners live next door, and wont be accessing this unit regularly. Lease is 6 months to a year negotiable and then renewable upon request. Ideally we are looking for tenants that would like to stay medium to long term.
