Available manufactured home lot for rent in Carolina Springs. Monthly lot rent is $425 per month. Please note that all homes must be manufactured homes and must receive approval from park management prior to being moved onto the lot. Additionally, all prospective residents are required to complete the community application process and receive approval from park management before occupying the property. This is a great opportunity to place your manufactured home in a well-maintained community with convenient access to local shopping, dining, schools, and major roadways. We require 3x the monthly rent in net income and no felonies whatsoever. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years are reviewed case-by-case and supporting documentation may be requested. Every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home, MUST complete an application. We do not accept evictions if they have occurred within the last 3 years. $50 application fee for any person over the age of 18. Only 2 pets limit per unit, must submit rabies vax at lease signing for each animal and be within breed and size restrictions. Pet deposit required.
