OCCUPANCY LIMIT: TWO UNRELATED TENANTS 820 Concord is a great old house that was split into four apartments. Apt. #1 is the basement of the house. Great location just off 9th Street & Maxwell in Boulder's historic Mapleton Hill neighborhood, with easy access to Pearl Street as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town. Security deposits are equal to one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. Half of the security deposit is due at lease signing, and we can split up the remainder into three monthly payments. CATS are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. Sorry, no dogs allowed at this location unless it's an emotional support or service animal.
