Propagate Property Management complies with all Fair Housing and Non-Discrimination laws. RENTERS INSURANCE EXCLUSION: Tenants with a household income less than 50% of the area median income (measured up to a 5-person family) are exempt from, and cannot be required to purchase, insurance. Additionally, landlords cannot require insurance if the unit is subsidized with public funds.
