STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. The property has beautiful blue furniture on the deck, an aqua blue feature wall in the bar area, and a blue view of the ocean. This 3rd floor property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach overlooking Freeman Park. When you get to the property, you will first step onto the outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the interior of the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living area. It has a fair amount of space to lounge around or just stare out the slider at the beautiful view. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The living room leads into the dining/ kitchen area. There is a small bar area with two bar stools and a dining table with seating for four guests. The kitchen has everything needed for a meal together and also has some pops of blue in the small appliances. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and small desk area. This room also has deck access that overlooks the community pool! Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle.
