Barclay Place is truly a hidden gem! Sweet screened in porches and long open lawns exude an air of true Southern charm. The apartments are huge! It feels like a little village, not an apartment complex. Lovely year round pool and outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pond, walking trails, fitness center, pickleball courts, clubhouse and more. Neighbors are friendly and I feel safe here. There are two sections: the original phase, about 25 years old, and a brand new section, featuring modern open floor plans with large balconies. Both sides are beautiful and clean. Last but not least, I’m thrilled that large recycling bins are provided!

Such a unique and beautiful community. It feels exactly like a neighborhood, not an apartment complex. Walking paths, White picket fences, apartment homes that feel like townhomes, trees and pond. Staff is really lovely. If you were lucky enough to grab a home here, do it!
