The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use, but these appliances will not be repaired or replaced if they malfunction. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and access to the spacious bathroom that includes a combination bathtub/ shower. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom; new vinyl flooring in the eat-in kitchen. Water is included! Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electricity. Electric baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Landscaping included. Shared off street parking. No cosigners. No smokers. One small pet negotiable with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
