APPLICATION And Screening DISCLOSURE:
Application/screening fee: $57 per applicant or co-signer.
All applicants/co-signers 18+ must complete a separate rental application and pay a nonrefundable screening fee per California Civil Code §1950.6. Screening includes credit, rental history, income, and background verification.
650 min. credit score required. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for those with less than favorable credit.
