(No Pitbulls or Pit mixes, Rottweilers, or German Shepherds.) We ask that you meet with the Property Manager before submitting your application to discuss any questions you may have about income, criteria, previous landlords, credit checks, and criminal history. If you are self-employed, you must demonstrate how you pay yourself from your business and verify your income using the bank account verification option during the application process. Current outstanding debts, utilities, and other financial obligations will be considered in the approval process. We may request an additional deposit based on financial capability.
