Current outstanding debts, utilities, and other financial obligations will be considered in the approval process. We may request an additional deposit based on financial capability. We require a gross income of three times the monthly rent and do not accept applicants with felonies. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be requested.
