We are located in the prime spot in Seaside from where you can get all the urban facilities along with the enjoyment of beach and river nearby. This is an eclectic neighborhood of homes/cottages/hotels. The walkability is amazing, just 3 blocks from Broadway and 4 blocks from the beach and prom. Broadway Street is the main street in Seaside with easy access to shops, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. With such an incredible location you never have to drive to enjoy the place. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring. Just minutes from hiking (including Saddle Mountain), surfing (Seaside Point) and several golf courses (ranging from Seaside Golf Course which is less than a mile away to the challenging Gearhart Links which is 3 miles down the road) . Astoria with its breweries and fine dining is a twenty-minute drive to the north or ten minutes south to Cannon Beach along Highway 101 you can take in breathtaking views of the coastline. If you have pets, please discuss this with owner. Small pets are allowed but with $500 security deposit per pet and $50 added rent. Application Process Owner will perform credit, criminal background, rental background, and employment check for application acceptance. There is a $30 for application fee and $40 for background check fee. If interested, we will need your email to send you application and background request.
