The house features three bedrooms we are willing to repaint the house for the right tenant in a neutral color. The house features beautiful hardwood floors throughout or brand new carpet if you prefer. The basement is mostly finished and has been used as a family room by previous tenants. There is an included washer and dryer but we generally do not offer dishwashers because we have had a problem with drains clogging up in many of our houses due to dishes that are not properly cleaned however that is something we can discuss. There is a nice covered carport in the back, a wonderful covered patio which is great for cookouts or enjoying a summer afternoon. Front porch is also covered and makes for a nice place to sit in the spring and summer. This is a very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors mostly homeowners that are well established in the neighborhood. We will allow a small dog with a $25 a month fee see which will be removed after a 90-day inspection to assure that the dog is completely house trained and does not cause damage. The bathroom has been recently updated there is parking in the front of the property as well. We generally look for a credit rating over 600 and 2 years of solid employment and no criminal record however we can discuss the criminal record if it's minor and with good time on the job we can also discuss credit that falls below our standards. This house will not last long in this neighborhood so inquire quick 2717-318-2840 to ask any questions you may have we schedule showings on the weekend so if you're interested in looking for the house please contact Greg at the above number to set up your showing today. There is no tobacco smoking allowed inside the house and absolutely no cats so please do not ask if we find cats in the property that is reason to end the lease. We also have a special program for hardship situations with a well-kept house and a 30-day notice we offer a double security deposit return if we do not need to involve the courts. The last family stayed 6 years. I look forward to your inquiry. The house is also close to good elementary, middle and high schools. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal there is a man in the neighborhood that charges $25 for mowings if you would prefer to hire him we do reimburse for the cost of a mower most people use the electric mowers cuz the yard is relatively small keep in mind the backyard is not closed in if you're considering having a pet dog.
