Enjoy lake living! Spacious apartment with tons of closet space and extra storage. Heat, hot water, parking, sewer and trash removal all included. Laundry facilities on site. Park-like yard with lake views, lake access, fishing piers and stand-up paddle-board and kayak racks. Optional garage parking for an additional fee. We are walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping and parks. We have an on-site manager and great maintenance response. Cats allowed with a pet lease, a non-refundable animal fee and monthly pet rent. Photos are not unit specific.
