Additional amenities include central air and forced heat. $3,325 total monthly rent ($475 monthly rent per bedroom) Refrigerator, range oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer and garbage disposal are included. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and water. Renter's insurance is required (available for purchase on our resident portal) No pets allowed. To move in, prospective tenants must complete our online application. The application fee is $40 per person and includes a screening of the applicant's financial, rental and criminal history. All Tenants 18 or Older Must Complete An Application. Important: Student applicants require guarantors for each resident. For student leases, a security deposit of $250 is required per resident. Family leases require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. All leases have a non-refundable $150 administration fee.
