Utilities included up to $100/month allowance. Laundromat on-site. **The outdoor pool and hot tub are closed from Columbus Day to Memorial Day** . ADDITIONAL COSTS: Electric can run from $100-$300 per month, but there is a $100/month allowance End of lease cleaning fee $200 Process Fee $50
