The condo is about one mile from Wells beach and is located near numerous shops and restaurants. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, while the guest bedroom has a twin bed lofted over a double bed. The kitchen has new, all black appliances as well as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. There are two TVs in this unit as well as wireless internet access. From the deck you can see the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. The complex has a heated, outdoor pool, fitness area, and game room that you would have access to. The maximum number of people allowed at this property is 2-4 with parking for 1 vehicles. One vehicle must park in the driveway. There are no pets or smoking allowed at this property. ADDITIONAL COSTS: End of lease cleaning fee $200 Process Fee $50 Note: You must register your car at the Barefoot office when you arrive and sign the rules and regulations form of the condo complex.
