The master bedroom is spacious with a full walk in closet. The total floor area is 1200 sqft. Enjoy a level entrance with your own fenced backyard as well as spacious outdoor common areas and convenient parking. Several schools are within close walking distance and a bus stop is just steps from the property entrance. Most major stores and amenities are within a 5 minute drive and the downtown harbour waterfront is just a 17 minute walk. The rental rate is $2375/mo which includes one parking stall. Additional parking stalls may be available for rent. Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling are included in the rental rate; all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Minimum one year rental term. A security deposit is required. To maintain the quality of our units, smoking is not permitted, and pets are by approval only and must be registered with our office.
