314 Goram Rd, Brogue, PA is an adorable 1 Bed/1 Bath Cottage in the Country! Recently Renovated & in close proximity to the farm (as shown in 2nd picture). Red Lion Schools Utilities: - Rent INCLUDES Electric, Water/Sewer and Trash! - Tenant pays Propane only…Propane heat, hot water, stove and dryer. Full tank provided at move in and tank needs to be full at move out. Cottage includes Appliances including a Washer/Dryer, in convenient one floor living! The owners will be very strict in choosing a tenant being so close to the family, so please read below in detail BEFORE contacting about a showing: - NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS - Proof of monthly income that is at least 2.5x the monthly rent ($3,000) - Proof of history of regular rental/mortgage payments - Recommendation from current landlord - NO Evictions - Credit Report (decision not made on certain credit score, but what is found within)- medical/educational will be disregarded, looking for regular/good payment history on utilities, housing, vehicle loans, etc... - Criminal Background- no violent crimes, felonies, or bad checks/money fraud. DUIs accepted as long as it is over 1 year so that we know that job is not going to be effected by it. - Maximum Occupancy: 2 - 1 Vehicle, 2 with prior permission In order to schedule showing you will need to email a copy of your license and proof of income (recent 2 months) to Jennifer at ****. Applications will require the following: - copy of license & proof of income (recent 2 months) - completed application form (will be provided) - signed agreement to contact current employer to confirm employment (will be provided) - signed agreement to contact current/past landlord for recommendation (will be provided) Security deposit = 1 months rent To move in you will need to pay 1 full months rent plus security.
