A keypad entrance off of Biltmore Ave opens into the stairwell shared by the building’s three apartments. Central heat (electric) and air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the great room and bedroom. Water, sewer, and trash pickup included. Electricity is a tenant responsibility. Wired for Spectrum internet/cable, also a tenant responsibility. No parking included; monthly parking permits are available for a fee through the City of Asheville or through privately owned/operated garages and lots. No cosigners. No pets and no smoking.
