I usually share the driveway when needed. Full house privileges. Features a stunning large, lush garden with gas BBQ. A real paradise abundant with vegetable garden, flowers and chirping birds. Bright kitchen with lots of storage space. Plenty of storage is available in the garage. The private room is furnished with air conditioner, ceiling fan, high ceiling, wall TV and a private 1/2 bath. The main bathroom is large and has a great Master Bath that we share- kept very clean. Bright and airy. I am a middled aged woman who works from home as an executive designer. I am into yoga, organic food, cooking, gardening and knitting. I am a very respectful, private and considerate person and I expect the same. I'm a straight shooter with a fun loving attitude. I'm easy to get along with and low key. Not into bummed out people with problems or drama. I keep the house very clean, neat and it smells good. Its a super chill, happy vibes lifestyle. I created a sanctuary from the crazy world. I do not use drugs or smoke. NO DRUGS! I don't have a long list of rules... Its about respect and common courtesy. Let's be mindful. I have a cute little dog who has hypo allergenic hair- not fur. She is lovey and a good watch dog. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle you found your home.
