Beautiful new construction home, recently completed in 2025. This property is centrally located two blocks from the beach and the main street of Sea Coast, where you will find restaurants, shops, parks, and bus stops. And two blocks away from Palm Street, which will take you to Coronado, shopping center, restaurants, and access to the freeway. This is a 3-bedroom and 3.5 bathroom with laminated floors throughout the house, except for the bathrooms and powder room (they all have travertine floors), tall ceilings, and fans in every room and living area. The house has a front yard, with a driveway to a one-car garage (driveway can park two cars), a gated backyard with a garden, and on top of the house a big rooftop deck where you can see and hear the ocean and enjoy nice sunsets. When you open the main door and go forward with your left hand, it will be a closet, and right next to it, another door that opens to a double walking closet with a wall-to-wall pantry. If you are entering from the garage or the main entrance and go to the left had you will be going to the powder room. A little further on the same side are the stairs to the second floor, where all the bedrooms are located and the laundry room. As you arrive on the second floor on one end, you have the main bedroom with a tall ceiling, a fan with light, and blinds throughout the room. The walking closet and the bathroom with double sinks and a shower are across from the sliding doors that lead you to the deck of the room. In the hallway of the second floor is the laundry room with a large washer and dryer ready to work and a set of cabinets. In the same room, the A/C unit is located. Right next to it is the second bedroom with a walk-in closet. Just steps outside of this room is the second full bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is just a few steps away. This bedroom has an in-suite full bathroom with a tub, a sliding double door closet, the room has a balcony that overlooks the driveway and the street. In the middle of the second-floor hallway, you will find the door that takes you to a lighted, large rooftop deck that overlooks the Ocean and the view of the neighborhood. The house is equipped with solar panels to help reduce the electric bill- they are located next to the wall deck.
