Main home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, main living area/dining room and kitchen. Detached one-car garage with workshop and storage. Additional covered parking spot on the side of the garage as well. Over the garage bonus space is accessed by an exterior staircase and would be great for an office space (already has a built-in desk), art studio or hang out space. There is a built-in projector on one side of the area that would be great for movies! Back yard would be fantastic for a gardener, with raspberry canes that fruit twice in the summer already established. There is also an automatic sprinkler system in place. New paint throughout main home. Tenant is responsible to mow the front and backyard lawns. Tenant is responsible for snow removal to and from the house/garage as well as sidewalks per Jefferson County code. Available for Move in ASAP. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes etc. anywhere inside the main house, garage or room over the garage.
