READY FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN Aenon Lane Mobile Home Park 5588 Aenon Lane, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Non-smoking manufactured home. $850 per month, $450 security deposit, 12-month lease. $1,300 to move in plus pet fees. The lease's second month is pro-rated and due on the 1st day of the following month. Monthly rent can be paid online. Central heat/air, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hookups. The landlord provides for water (well), sewer (septic), and lawn cutting. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, yard clean-up, garbage, pest control, etc. BRAND NEW STOVE FRIDGE! PETS ARE WELCOME WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE PET SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ONLY $100 (COVERS ALL PETS) AND A MONTHLY RENT OF $10 PER PET. The first step is to complete an application. Rentec manages that system so we can't provide technical support. Additional things to note about the park. All units are located in Aenon Mobilehome Park (AMP) on Aenon Lane in Tallahassee. The park is on well water and septic tanks. We also cover lawn-cutting costs. In general, your utility bill will be around $140 a month (rather than the $400 you would pay inside the city). The park is located next to woods, which means you will be near nature that will get into your garbage cans if you don't use the tie-down pins. We allow pets without limits, but there will be additional pet fees and a non-refundable security deposit. ($100 non-refundable pet fee covers all pets, $10 pet rent per month per pet) We have full-time jobs and manage AMP via emails and Rentec Direct. We do not give out our phone numbers. We are also aware that scammers are using pictures of our units and have taken what measures we can to prevent this.
