The duplex is divided among two stories, with living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom on the lower level, and the bedrooms and full bath located upstairs. A laundry closet with W/D hookups is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stainless-steel sink, and beautiful stone counters. Mini-splits are located throughout the home to allow custom comfort year-round. Tenant pays all utilities. Sorry, no pets and no co-signers allowed. Maximum of two cars permitted off-street if parked front-to-back, with on-street parking offered as well.
