Guests will appreciate the rare perk of two off-street parking spaces in the private lot behind the house, along with plenty of free parking available along Rutledge Avenue. Located downtown, Sage Suite is just steps from Hampton Park, SwitchYards co-working space, and some of Charleston’s favorite restaurants including Berkeley’s, Renzo, Huriyali, and Park & Grove. With easy access to the Ravenel Bridge, the Crosstown, and the airport, this central retreat makes it simple to enjoy everything the Holy City has to offer. - Pets will be approved on a case by case basis with a $250/pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
