Recently built, zero-entry, ground-floor-only, three-bedroom, two-bath townhome with an attached one-car garage is now available for rent, located in Southwest Wichita near West 55th Street North & Seneca, and close to Campus High School. Rent is $1,325 per month with a $1,300 security deposit. The deposit is due at lease signing, and rent is due at move-in. A minimum one-year lease is required. The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $3,975. This zero-entry ground-floor-only townhome has concrete flooring throughout. The kitchen includes granite countertops and newer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with hookups available for a washer and dryer. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted. These townhomes are housing. There is a $45 application fee per person over 18 years old. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $200 plus an additional $25 per month in rent.
