Newly built 2 bedroom 2 bath, private fenced back yard with attached garage. Duplex unit. These are all one level easy living. Large fenced back yard with gate. Laundry room, dining room, master suite with walk-in closets. Carpet in bedrooms. Two car garage and driveway parking. Centrally located. Tenant pays for Electric and Gas services as well as any cable or internet. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintence of backyard only. Landlord maintains front yards and pays water sewer garbage. Application fee is $50 per adult occupying the residence. We have a strict no smoking policy and pets must be pre-approved. We do perform bi-annual walk through during term of each year lease. This is done to identify any warranty issues as well as to make sure property is being maintained as defined in the lease. We also change filters on furnaces and batteries in smoke detectors during this time.
