Target and other well known restaurants including the famouse Pan line both sides of nearby Pacific Coast Highway. There is a Roman Catholic church St Margaret Mary Catholic Church (2 min car ride away). A lovely children's park (Sur La Brea Park) is a 3 min car ride away. There is an attached single car garage for the tenants use and plenty of off street parking available on the property. Tenant is reponsible for all utilities and must bring their own refridgerator. Water, gas, and electricity are tenant's responsiblity. Landlord is responsible for trash disposal. First month's rent and a security deposit in an equal amount are due at lease signing.
