We review any rental-related debts in collections. A double deposit may also be required for applicants with no rental or credit history. Co-signers must make 5x the monthly rent amount. $70 application fee per applicant (non-refundable). If approved, deposits must be paid promptly and will hold the property for a maximum of 7 days.
