The bathroom includes shower with glass doors and other tasteful updates. Rental includes a private, fenced yard and covered patio off the dining/living room. There is also a small storage room off the back patio. Rent includes water/sewer and refuse. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
