This is an awesome property with very professional and helpful Staff. I can't speak for the previous management, But Charity and Bobby with Avenue5 Residential are the best and take great care of their residents and vendors alike. Would recommend to anyone!

We've lived here for going on 5 years. In 2 seperate units. First "apartment" style place we have lived in but is actually nicer than i would've ever thought. Any problems that go down and bobby is over here fixing it immidetly, and the manager helps us with whatever questions we have. The owners before were not meant to own townhomes like this.
