The first bedroom opens to the dining room with french doors, and includes 2 closets plus a ceiling fan. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Two closets adorn the 2nd bedroom, which has easy access to the bathroom and private laundry room. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and modern finishes. Tenants are responsible for placing DTE electric directly in their name along with internet. Gas is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $60/month. Water/sewer is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $65 per tenant bi-monthly (every other month). Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. A window AC unit is available for tenants, and landlord will help install when tenants want it. Free parking is available on-site. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). In multi-unit buildings, only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed. No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed.
