Pet Friendly 2-Bed/1-Bath House This cute, cozy, energy-efficient house has a covered entry, and doors are a minimum of 3 feet wide; it offers comfortable, accessible living, all on one floor! The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher; the washer/dryer hook-up has space for full-sized units. A washer/dryer set is available for rent for $65/month. Electricity through Ameren Missouri and water/sewer through the City of Eldon are tenant responsibility. Hilltop will provide lawn care and trash service. We are pet friendly! Pet rent is $25/month per pet, with a maximum of two animals. Interested?
