The kitchen also has a door to the private side deck, with steps to the grassy side yard. Down the hall are the laundry closet, with full-size washer/ dryer, both bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use, but will not be repaired or replaced by the owners. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and large bathroom. Central heat (electric) and air conditioning. Carpet is throughout the living room and bedrooms. Large paved parking area, shared. Lawn care included. Tenants responsible for all utilities. No pets. No smoking. No cosigners.
