Detached garage for one car plus driveway for total of two parking spots off street, additional street parking available. Updated bathroom and new (not in pictures) stainless steel appliances. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow and is responsible for all utilities. Appliances provided fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Property is heated via gas forced air furnace and has central air. Approximately 780 square feet main level, another 780 square feet lower level, approximately 390 square feet finished in the basement. Basement rooms cannot be used as sleeping rooms, great for office, work out or similar use. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit, no pets. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Housing, background and credit checks are required, minimum 620 credit. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
