There are washer& dryer hookups, electric heating, dual vanity in main bath, a back deck with a fenced back yard, and a single car garage w/opener. It is a two-story Tri-Plex, though this unit is physically separate from the other two. It is located behind the front two units on 2nd ST NW and is accessed by car from an alley behind the property. There is also a gated access from 2nd ST NW. We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease documents, and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: Rent is $2095.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The tenant is responsible for landscaping. Water and Sewer is included with the rent.
