Two story townhome features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a 1 car attached garage. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs. The half bath is on the main level. Property has a wood burning fireplace on the main level in the living room. Washer and dryer hookups on the upper level. The home was built in 1984 and does not have AC. It is approximately 992 square feet and is located in School District 11. Water, sewer and trash is included in rent. Tenant pays electric and gas. Up to 2 cats are welcome with approval. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed per HOA rules. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet, and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 2 times the amount of rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing. We do not rent our homes sight unseen. MileStone RES is an Agent for the owner and works with tenants as the customer. MileStone RES is an equal housing provider and does business in accordance with Federal and State Fair Housing Law.
