Main floor has open living room and dining area with sliding glass door that leads to large deck and great downtown views. Kitchen includes dishwasher, stove and new refrigerator. All new paint through out, hardwood floors on main floors recently refinished. Lower level has family room, 3/4 large bathroom, the largest of the 3 bedroom, shelving area for a storage and laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups. Large drive with 3 car garage both doors have openers. Yard is only partially fenced in. Residents responsible for all utilities, yard care and snow removal. Landlord takes care of leave removal and gutters.
