Unit #2 will be ready for occupancy on July 1, 2026. It is a front facing, 1 bedroom unit with tall ceilings on the first floor of the building. This apartment has a beautiful chef's kitchen with white cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and built-in eating area for 2. Large bedroom with hardwood floors, LED lighting, 2 full size closets, and a ceiling fan. This apartment gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day and has recessed lighting throughout. Private heating and central air system that is controllable from your own thermostat.
