[Room] Looking for an Awesome Roommate in a Spacious, Bright and New 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home (80249 / NE Denver / GVR) Our previous roommate just successfully bought their first home and is moving, so we’re looking for someone new and fun to join us! :) Details: $900 inclusive with all utilities and amenities :) Utilities include: - Free Parking - Central Air Conditioning / Heating - Electricity - Water - In-Unit Laundry - Fiber Internet (1 TB Up/Down :) ) Minimum age is 18 Less than a 5 minute walk to: Grocery Store, Gym, Library, multiple fantastic open-air Restaurants and Bars, three incredible Parks, multiple walking/running/biking Trails, and the GVR Golf Course! Very close to public transit: Under 5 minutes to the train station, ~23 minutes to Union Station via train. Free move in help :) Large fenced-in lawn. Furnished if desired. Our ideal roommate is: - A motivated young professional, ideally works 9-5 (please No Overnight Shift) - High Communication Skills and a love of other people are a must - both extroverts and introverts are welcome, as long as you have a positive attitude and value building a community together! - Very Clean and Organized :) we split monthly chores and all chip in to keep the living space happy and healthy. - Fitness / Health oriented is a plus - we’re big on the gym and growth mindset/self improvement! - Okay with keeping a quieter home environment after 10pm (headphones, etc.) - Has a minimum monthly income greater than 3x the rent obligation (a monthly income of ~$3,000 or more). - While the formal lease terms will stay month-to-month and flexible unless otherwise requested, we’d like someone planning on staying at least a year!
