Rent is $900/mo. No pets. Tenant pays for electricity. Water, sewer, and garbage is a flat rate of $75/mo. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time.. Is your credit score at least 620?
