So, I've only lived here about a month, and possibly my standards are a bit skewed so bear that in mind. I moved here from the absolute worst apartment complex ever, so I wasn't looking for much. I definitely toured my unit before moving in. They didn't have the one I selected on my application available for viewing right then, but I asked to see one that was empty and I loved it! It was COMPLETELY clean and very cute. I checked everywhere for mold because of the reviews, but there was none to be found. New appliances, new carpets, everything. They let me take the unit I was shown with no issues at all. I had the keys literally that day. Management was very nice to me and very accommodating to my requests. They even gave me a cute little basket of snacks. I was fully aware of the fire when I moved in, and they did mention it to me as well. But I see it like, fires are a risk you take when you live in any apartment complex. As to my experience actually living here, my neighbors are quiet and I don't feel unsafe. That was a HUGE deal to me- my last apartment was very unsafe and my neighbors were horribly obnoxious. I wanted a place that was clean and safe and I have no regrets in moving here. Bonus points for being a super cute little unit.

Moving to this complex next month. So far my experience has been super pleasant. I'm so excited to make our apartment a home. The location is perfect if you need to catch a bus or go shopping. Danielle is fantastic, super friendly and very much available for questions durring this move in process. Definitely recommend so far.
