This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home is in great condition. Home is located just over a block south of Dallas St (Hwy 32) east of Hwy 65. There is a living room and a large family/dining area which has a built in desk. The back yard includes a long deck with lots of shade. The single car garage has electric opener. The beautiful professional artist mural on one bedroom wall could possibly be painted out but it is signed and dated by the artists and is well done. The pet policy found on our home page applies to one or two small dogs only for this home. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of move in. Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.
